Loews Philadelphia Hotel

The hotel room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the baby crib was provided in time, but there was no tableware in the room. I called the front desk, and the tableware was quickly delivered. The service was very good. We stayed in room 910,on Sunday, the 18th. We left the tip for the housekeeping, but when we came back in the afternoon, we found that she didn't take it away, and she was still cleaning in the next room. So I asked why she didn't take a tip, and she said that the hotel trained them, if the guest didn't leave a message for them, they can't take anything in the room. The experience was great. The training and management of the hotel is very good

The location is great near the train station from the airport and close to the town hall and independence hall. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. We had dinner at the restaurant where the food was very good and the service excellent. In the morning you could have a coffee and a pastry just at the lobby at PJ's café; the lady who served us is very kind and professional (the second day we were day, she remembered what we ordered the day before). The check in and check out process was very quick and efficient.

location was convenient, central to many different attractions and venues, it was well-appointed, and the personnel were friendly & helpful.

I liked how clean everything was in our room as well as the lobby. The elevator was improved since my last visit years ago. All accommodations were met in our room. The staff, especially the security which was unfortunatly needed, treated us like family with care and compassion.

the hotel was very clean and all the staff were really nice. I like the fact that the hotel was close to pretty much everything.
